Co-workers Julia and Evan attempt to hide their romantic feelings for each other, as well as their respective disabilities. Reminiscent of The Office, this hilarious comedy is about love, self-esteem, and the importance of being honest.
Written by 16-year-old Ali Pavuk, For the Love of Goldfish was selected as the winner of the 25th annual VSA arts Playwright Discovery Program, which invites middle and high school students to write a play about disability. The evening also showcases poetry by other emerging writers as part of VSA arts' literary programs.
For age 11 & up.
